November 6 – Kent – The Kent Stage Singer-songwriter Seth Glier brings his Food for Thought Tour to The Kent Stage on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at 7:00 PM. Glier has joined forces with Feeding America & CLIF Bar for this tour and each show will act as a food drive for each city’s food bank. Seth Glier is a 22 year-old singer/songwriter/pianist from Massachusettes, who is swiftly making a name for himself on the national scene. While combining his passion for music and desire to help those in need, Glier has continued to turn heads in the industry. This year, coming off of the release of his sophomore album The Next Right Thing (MPress 2011), Glier was awarded an Independent Music Award, premiered the music video for his single “Walk Katie Home” on USA Today, and spent the summer touring with the likes of Edwin McCain, Ani Difranco, Toad the Wet Sprocket and Martin Sexton.
