The Canton Palace Theatre announces its third 85th Anniversary Event – Blues Night at the Palace on Friday, January 20, 2012 at 7:00pm, doors open at 6:00pm.
Tickets are just $10 and can be purchased here or calling the Box Office at 330.454.8172 Monday – Friday 10am to 4pm. Tickets will be sold at the door starting at 6pm on Friday, January 20 as well.
“This is a perfect way to showcase local talent from Stark County and Northeast Ohio in our historic venue and celebrate 85 years of entertainment for our community,” said Georgia Paxos, executive director of the Palace Theatre.
Completed in 1926, the Canton Palace Theatre is a downtown architectural jewel registered on the National Historic Registry. A prized community venue for classic, contemporary and art films, The Palace annually hosts more than 300 special events, concerts, recitals and Broadway-style productions.
The Palace is located at 605 Market Avenue North in Canton, Ohio.
