For longtime Akron-area diners, stepping into Cilantro Thai & Sushi Restaurant might evoke déjà vu.  When the restaurant opened last year, it took over the former location of the old Piatto restaurant, which had moved to Cuyahoga Falls in 2005. Owner Charlie Somtrakool put his own spin on the décor, adding interesting, geometric light fixtures and the restaurant's signature orange napkins. Artists Bili Kribbs and Billy Ludwig illuminate downtown Massillon for the holidays. The holiday season is about to get a whole lot brighter in downtown Massillon.
