The community-organized BRITE WINTER festival takes place at West 26th and Bridge Avenue, in Ohio City, on Saturday, February 18 from 5-10pm. Entrance is free and open to the public. For three years running, BRITE WINTER has gathered members of the Cleveland Arts community to create a glowing outdoor celebration of music, art, fire and light.
