Ever try to use canned food in place of your legos as a kid? Well, a handful of local artists, architects, contractors, companies and engineers have done just that to create work for CANstruction. Six teams are using 16,000 cans to create six unique designs including a VW bus, a ballpark mascot and a spiral. All cans will then be donated to the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank. Build day occurred earlier this week at We Galley on 20 N. High Street in Akron. The Akron ArtWalk will take place this Saturday between 5-7pm and will make a stop at the location.
