Two weeks after a near capacity album release show, and thousands of people downloading their second album via their website in 2010, Maid Myriad’s Kevin Klemm and JCK’s brother Alexander died on Christmas day. “I found myself frozen in death’s glazed stare,” says songwriter JCK. “My writing wheels rusted up and wouldn’t spin anymore.” After an eight-month hiatus, the band is back with a whole new set. “It’s liberating to be playing again.
