I finally made it to Fat Heads! A cool local brew joint up in North Olmsted. That is very near to Cleveland country for you folks who are wondering. The brewery was an old-timey farmers market. The crew at Fatheads has done a wonderful job converting it into a splendid place for beer and grub. I purchased many, again many, of their excellent brews however the Head Hunter was the one that really stood out. I believe this batch of Head Hunter was tapped only a few days before I got there.
