Patch Atomz, a hip-hop artists we've known from even before the time of Buzzbin has submitted his album for review. Say what you want about Ohio, but I think that the most raw, creative talent comes from being stuck underneath these dead grey skies. On my way to, and from, Columbus, I listened to The In-Sect. It was a nine song long burnt copy by an alternative hip-hop group from Canton, Ohio. Track one, “Unravelin”, does such with confident ease and gradual momentum. Cerebral visuals and distinct messages ooze with passion and tru’istic waves of color and contemplation. On Wednesday night Miniature Tigers, a four piece band hailing from Phoenix, hit the stage at Musica for a mellow show. The band took the stage just past ten o’clock after three opening bands got the crowd rocking. By the time Miniature Tigers began their set, there had already been almost three hours of great music before them.
