While Waterfest has traditionally been held at Nelson Ledges, this year it is moving to Slippery Rock, Pa. The new venue is about an hour east of Youngstown, but the trip should be well worth it for die-hard Waterfest fans. Bands include Waterband, Must Stash Hat and Sultans of Bing. The “Slack” is back, baby! The Slackers are hot and hung-over from their European tour, re-charged with a booze cruise or two, and primed and ready for their mid-America blitz.
