Cleveland heavy metal band, Cellbound, is the final addition to the 2009 Carnival Outdoor Music Festival held at the Carriage House in Louisville, Ohio August 21-22.  Cellbound just released their first full length album last month.

The Carnival will have over 25 bands throughout two days.  Headlining Friday will be Bobalfex, and Saturday "The Official Band of the UFC" Stemm.  Tickets are $10 per day or $15 for the entire weekend.
